Applications for Spring 2016 Prime Time Family Reading Time Grants Now Open The Michigan Humanities Council is now accepting applications for spring 2016 Prime Time Family Reading Time sites. Prime Time grants provide up to $13,000 to host this award winning humanities-based literacy program at your library.
