https://papergatorrecycling.com/locations/ Their "bin finder" function is finicky; you might have to drive an hour away as I did. It is worth it though, as the bins are large and you do not need to remove the covers. (at least I didn't) The bins are hosted by a place that is using the collection as a fundraiser. Good Luck. *Todd Reed, DirectorSturgis District Library* On Wed, Jun 16, 2021 at 9:35 AM Erin Schmandt via Michlib-l < michlib-l@mcls.org> wrote:
Does anyone know of anywhere that takes large quantities of books for recycling? Our Friends of the Library are overrun and we need to do something. Programs like Sustainable Shelves or Better World Books are out of the question at this time. The Friends’ room is almost to the ceiling and you can’t walk to the back.
