I'm hoping someone can help me..I fiqured why reinvent the  wheel when I have you.  Our new program room will be finished this month. The Board doesn't want it rented out, but if a Non Profit would like to use it during library hours and we are not using it they can. Does anyone have a policy on this. Also do you make them sign anything. Like help setting up room and take down?
