Hi, To Send, we charge $1 per fax number, it does not matter if it is one or 20 pages. This doesn't matter what the content is nor how much staff time involved. To receive, we charge .10 cents per page coming in. Sending, per page - do you have a max fee/fax? Receiving, per page - do you have a max fee/fax? We are seeing quite a few courts document related faxes that are 20+ pages and the fee for those faxes seems out of line with the amount of work our staff are putting into the sending of them. We're looking at adding a max fee/fax and I'm curious as to what other libraries are doing regarding fees for this service. Many thanks!
