Hi all--

My board is looking for information on using a consultant to conduct a director search.  I know that I have heard non-recommendations in the recent past, but want to give them a more balanced assessment.

Experience good or bad--would you let me know of yours, and if you would recommend a firm or individual, I'd appreciate hearing that too.
