[Michlib-l] Damaged books in Rides

Hello, We seem to be getting quite a few books in delivery lately that have bent and dented covers, yesterday we had three. The books are usually dented at the tops, bottoms and the open side, almost like they’re being jammed into something. I was wondering is other libraries may be experiencing the same issue? Thanks!
