Thanks to everyone who responded to my request about library bags. Most of you suggested using Better Containers (www.librarybags.com) and a few suggested going green and getting some canvas bags to sell as a fundraiser. I have been wanting to go that route for awhile, but hadn't found a good vendor. BC sells those too and the cost is low. Looks like we are going green and raising funds too!
