[Michlib-l] Question about Library Board email addresses

Good morning Ms. Membiela, We are a membership driven Shared ILS consortium here in Michigan and one of our members, Iosco Arenac District Library, if we could provide their Board members with email accounts as we do that for them and other members. Are there any legal or finical concerns we should be aware of before providing them with email accounts? Thanks in advance for your guidance.
