[Michlib-l] merging genre fiction

Hello everyone, We currently have our adult fiction collection shelved by genre: Fiction, Mystery, Romance, and Sci-fi/Fantasy. We are considering merging the collection into just adult fiction, keeping the genre sticker labels, but shelving it all together. Has anyone gone from divided genres into one fiction collection? How did you go about it? Any patron feedback? Tips, tricks, things we should know?
