Hello RFID Libraries –

We recently added RFID technology and are now looking at our first inventory project.

I am wondering if any of you can recommend the use of the RFID wands for inventory. If so, what do you use and if you would share pros and cons, that would be helpful.

If you do not use an inventory wand, what is your process for inventory – do you take an RFID pad to the stacks or do you bring books to the desk or do you barcode scan?

Do any of you rent an inventory cart from a vendor?
