Although we have a small staff, we are in the market for a time clock. I would like a networked unit that we can download employee hours for my bookkeeper to use for payroll. I’ve seen some that interface with QuickBooks, but reviews say reports and exports can be unreliable. Also, some of the cheaper models lose their data during a power loss, so we want a battery backup option. What do you use at your library? How well does it work? I need recommendations!
Also, if you do payroll and bookkeeping in-house, what software do you use? Just wondering, as our auditor said not very many organizations use QuickBooks anymore.
