With a new Chairman, Ajit Pai, now leading the Federal Communications Agency, FCC, a number of discussions are happening around the topic of broadband.  Connected Nation has posted a policy brief that helps explain six topics around the issue of broadband and how recent developments may impact stakeholders.  The brief covers the Lifeline program, E-rate, Net Neutrality, USF Connect America Fund, USF Mobility Fund and National Broadband Infrastructure.
