[Michlib-l] Book Quest

I have a patron asking for a book. Basic plot points: - It's a kind of dystopian novel - Everyone is equal/eat communally - Jobs are assigned - An artist is assigned a job as a shoemaker - Decades later he's asked to draw a mural, and he can only draw stick figures; he's lost his artistic abilities.
