At Plymouth, we make our meetings spaces available to local not-for-profit groups of 5 or more people.  We require a Plymouth resident sponsor to be present if neither the booking contact nor the non-profit has a Plymouth address.

Our Community Relations Specialist (me) is in charge of receiving and approving these requests.
We expect meeting room users to set their own chairs & tables unless they are physically unable, in which case they can pre-request our assistance.
Groups indicate in advance their need for A/V.  These needs are monitored by our IT team and that team assigns someone to help them get started (only.)  We do not facilitate Zoom calls for outside groups.

Hi all,

Do you rent/allow community members to use your large programming spaces? If you do, who is in charge of overseeing this? Who sets up the furniture and the AV for the rentals?

Thanks!

Shannon
