Hello all! Jumping off the faxing fees post, who do you use for your fax service provider for public use? Envisionware will start charging us a monthly base fee plus a per page charge over 250 (included) pages starting in January. This new fee plus the amount of faxing we do would make it so we would have to increase our per page fees and we really want to avoid this. Who do you use for your faxing service provider if you use one? Do you simply have a dedicated phone line for this? Other solution? If you handle the faxing provider contracts for your library or can put me in contact with who does, please email me with some info. Thank you!!
