Earlier this year we added Grant Writing Basics  to the Niche Staff Skills Academy. We now present the follow-up to that series with a four-part:

Grant Management Pathway which includes:

· Accepting a Grant

· Communication Plans

· Financial Management

· Records and Reporting

And, the Library Code of Ethics Pathway made up of individual courses on:

· Equitable Service and Access

· Excellence in the Profession

· Intellectual Freedom

· Intellectual Property

· Personal Interests vs. Professional Duties

· Private Interests and the Public Good

· Respect, Fairness, and Good Faith

· Right to Privacy

LM has also released the fourth module in our eAccessibility for Libraries series: Accessibility 4: Heading Structure.
