We also have a doorbell to use when we need extra help at the circulation desk, but not necessarily for emergencies.

Hi Brian,

We have a small unit that we use to call staff from the staff work area when we need assistance at the circ. desk. It comes with two buttons to place at either end of the circ desk and runs on batteries. I think we got it for $25 at Home Depot.
