So I have been following the rubber band / tape issue this week. It's time to lay it to rest.

There are rules to be followed and they are stated in the Policies that Sue Alt so kindly reminds

us of, quite frequently actually. If everyone could follow the rules we would all be on the same

page and ILL life would be simple and easy.
