Our morning keynote speaker will be Paul Gallagher, Assistant Dean of Transformative Services at Wayne State University. Paul will be sharing his experience and insights on user services. He will be presenting, "Creating Amazing Experiences: How to Transform Your Service Philosophy, Better Listen to your Patrons, and Use Design Thinking to Delight Your Patrons." We are also pleased to welcome Debbi Schaubman, Shared Library Systems Manager at Midwest Consortium for Library Services, as our afternoon keynote speaker. Debbi will be sharing an overview of the partnership between Library of Michigan, MCLS, and Zepheira Technologies. She will be presenting "MeLCat, Linked Data and Web Search: An Overview and Update." The Conference will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Registration and continental breakfast will be held from 8:30-9:00 a.m. The registration fee includes continental breakfast and lunch.
