Here at Addison Twp library we have been experiencing the same with our book orders from B&T.  In addition, our audiobook orders are even worse! I'd be interested in knowing if anyone is having issues with audiobooks from B&T as well.  It's been six weeks since they received my audiobook order, and when I inquired yesterday, I was told they "should ship soon". I'm very interested in hearing  what others are experiencing.

Subject: [Michlib-l] Book Ordering delays

Hello all, 

Can anyone who uses Ingram, Brodart, or a service besides Baker and Taylor for ordering books talk to me about your experiences with them, in the past and also now during the pandemic? We are currently using Baker and Taylor and experiencing huge delays in receiving our shipments. I'm wondering if this is unique to B&T or happening across the board due to COVID. We can certainly get books form amazon quickly, but B&T is months behind on our orders.
