Hello everyone,

I need your help!

We have meeting rooms that are available for use by community groups.   It took the library board over a year of reviewing and revising a policy that fit our library and community.  Now I’m wondering if it isn’t time to re-evaluate our policy one more time.

I’m interested in knowing if any library has a policy that limits the number of times a community group can reserve a meeting space.  We have one particular group who wants to reserve a room 6 times each week.  While I’m all about our community using our meeting rooms, it is a little unfair that one particular group monopolize the rooms.

I’m interested to learn what others are doing to deal with this issue.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sheila
