[Michlib-l] Library of Michigan Program coming in January

The Library of Michigan is happy to offer the following event in January 2017! Personal Book Collecting for Everyone Presented by Edwina Murphy, Michigan Collection Librarian, Library of Michigan Modern book collecting is a hobby that can be pursued by anyone. Ms. Murphy will cover the basics of collecting in the 21st century. Topics to be covered include: motivations, categories, sources, standards, funding, ethics, and achievable preservation methods.
