We currently use several of the Star TSP100 printers at our service desk, self-checks, etc.  The last few weeks, one of them has become increasingly louder and "clunkier" sounding.  It has also begun to cut off just prior to the last line of text.  I have tried the recommended cleaning procedures, but no luck.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Fixable or replace?  Thanks much!
