I am reaching out to see if your library has a bid specification or scope of work that you have used for painting an exterior portion of a historic building.

We are looking at having an exterior portion of our historical home, and because the building is over 100 years old, I want to make sure we are addressing the appropriate preparation, materials, and painting requirements for an older structure.

If you have a bid specification, scope of work, or other documentation that you would be willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it.
