Brian can send the postings to his cooperative director or to any other director (you're welcome to give him a list of all of our email addresses if that'll help) and they can forward it, etc. If a posting goes to MICHLIB, I don't re-share it to my group since they're all on MICHLIB now, but if it just goes to me, I will forward it out.
