Celebrate William Shakespeare's 450th Birthday!! The Northville District Library will present "The Life and Times of Shakespeare" on Wednesday, April 9 at 7 p.m. at the Library's main Carlo meeting room. This entertaining and lively talk sets the Bard against a rich description of Elizabethan times. Presenter Jim Glenn, former theater and speech educator, will surprise and delight the audience with intriguing details about the author, his life and work. Hear about Shakespeare's boyhood in Stratford, including what is known (or surmised) of the impact of his family, schooling and other early influences on his later work as a poet and playwright.
