Although it may not be something libraries often think about, financial practices are an important part of any organization's operations, especially if the organization
is a government entity funded by public money. What financial policies should a public library have in place? Do the types of policies differ for large libraries versus small libraries? What if your municipality handles your money? This session will address
these questions and provide information to assist libraries with identifying the policies they may be missing.
