Part-Time Human Resources Assistant/Library Clerk (28 hours per week)
Looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic person to help process invoices and payroll for the Superior District Library at our Bayliss Library Affiliate in Sault Ste. Marie, as well as perform library-related work including shelving, working the desk and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Some college coursework required, preferably in bookkeeping, math or accounting.
Advanced skill with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
Skills:
Candidate will possess very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations in a timely manner.
Have strong analytical, trouble-shooting, planning, organizing and customer service skills and abilities.
Be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
