Our library system recently switched over to using the Bibliocommons calendar to register patrons for programs. I am curious how other libraries who also use the Bibliocommons calendar have worked around not having phone number as one of the registration requirements?
Our old calendar asked for phone number, and we were able to generate lists to make reminder calls for programs which helped tremendously in cutting down on no shows. With this calendar, we don't have that option and we are seeing attendance drops as a result.
Any insight would be appreciated!
