About the Position

This full-time, exempt role (40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends) is ideal for someone who:

• Has a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of customer service experience (library experience preferred)
• Enjoys working with people of all ages in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience scheduling staff and managing daily operations
• Is excited to help shape excellent patron experiences in a welcoming library space
