The Presque Isle District Library in Rogers City just live streamed a League of Women Voters program from the Alpena County Library on Sept. 24. I was there. So I would contact Amber at PIDL. I'm sorry I don't know who the tech person at Alpena County Library is---I was not involved with the setup. Maybe I will see you at MLA. Michigan library rules and regs are much simpler than DLGF and SBOA.
