Hello, 

Our City Council has agreed to begin the process of transferring ownership of the library building over to the District Library.  The only condition is that the agreement contain a clause that would revert ownership back over to the City for $1 should the library consider moving.  

My questions:  

Do any of you have similar agreements with your city's or local municipalities? 

Do any of you have an agreement that does not contain a revert clause -- if so, how was this negotiated (did you purchase the building from your local municipality for full market value..etc).
