MCLS will, in partnership with the Library of Michigan, be providing four more training sessions this September, presented by We Can Work It Out, LLC on essential skills for Michigan library staff to facilitate effective conversations and meetings. The workshops, to be held over Zoom again this year for your safety and convenience, will include learning theory, as well as practice of skills and peer feedback, and will include information on facilitating meetings virtually. Because they are heavily subsidized by the Library of Michigan, these workshops are only open to staff of Michigan libraries.
