I really don't think Mr. Bodner is dangerous.  He has been doing this for years.  Unnervingly quirky, yes.  Dangerous, no.

I just received a packet of random papers from him. A few poems that were racist, goodwill receipts and unrelated letters from courthouses and others, a playing card - and a print out of a listing of local libraries, including mine.

What are people's thoughts on the packets/what he's doing? I'm completely confused as to why he's sending this to me - or anyone.
