We have a new Ricoh copier that we love EXCEPT for the fact that it will read some USBs & not others. The USBs could be identical; if the Ricoh doesn't read them, a computer or HP printer/scanner will. So far, the suggestion we've gotten is to use only 2 Gb USBs. That's ok for staff but not public bringing their own USBs. 

Has anyone else had this issue?
