I was able to find the most checked out items in Atriuum. 

Reports > Titles > Load the "Title Usage" Template > Press Generate Report (without adding any variables) Items will be listed most checked out to least checked out.

But that said, I don't remember if I created that template, it exists for everyone or if I had Atriuum create it for me...
