The Novi Public Library (NPL) is accepting requests for proposal for Strategic Planning Services.

NPL, in cooperation with the City of Novi, provides its RFP documents through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN).

Description:  The Novi Public Library (NPL) seeks a consultant to develop a comprehensive 5 year (2023-2028) strategic plan for the Library that includes a significant community research component.

RFP Issue Date:  Wednesday, June 29, 2022

Last Date for Questions:  Monday, July 11, 2022

Bid Opening:  Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 3pm
