Hi everyone,

There's an outside venue in our small town where we can present library programs. I'm close to booking a musician for August 2025. The stage is covered, but the audience grassy portion is not.

Do you have experience with having to cancel an event due to rain, and what would you pay the entertainer if that happened - half? He and I agreed on  $350 for a one-person show.
