Our library is exploring offering home delivery services, and I’m reaching out to learn more about how your library manages this for your patrons.

Do you mail materials, use a courier service, or handle deliveries as a staff? Any best practices and mistakes you’re willing to share would be appreciated. 

We’re hoping to avoid personal delivery if possible.
