Mail Pouch Tobacco Barns Have you ever passed a Mail Pouch Tobacco barn on the highway? program was the free repainting of the farmer's barn-each sign was painted by the West Virginia Mail Pouch company and included a fresh paint job for all four walls of the barn. The repainting process continued every few years, since the advertisment needed to remain crisp. The barn advertisements continued until 1992, when the company decided to suspend the program.
