After 15 years, VBDL's long-time technical services person is leaving us. For the first time in my career, I'll be conducting interviews for their replacement. I was wondering if anyone could share their technical services interview questions or interview sheets with me? Our technical services person primarily adds materials to our Apollo by Biblionix ILS.
