[Michlib-l] Programming - how much is too much?

Hi all, Do you have a method for figuring out how many programs you are targeting in a certain period of time? We’re having a cheerful(ish) debate on our staff regarding how much programming is too much… and it seems to me that this all falls back on how many staff hours we have to devote to programming.
