Hi Anna, We are a class 3 library with 7 people and we use https://getsling.com/pricing/ for our scheduling. They have three models, Free, Premium and Business. Currently we use their free platform, but I have considered their business model to tap into their PTO tracking features. I do still use an excel sheet to track totals for each employee as the free version doesn't cover that. I've been using them for a few years now and have not had any problems.
