[Michlib-l] Website Builder Software

Hello all! I am looking at reinventing our website and would appreciate any insight in to user-friendly software. We are currently using Joomla for our website but I just feel like we are looking pretty dated when I see newer, flashier sites. I don't mind spending some money on product and getting things set up but I would like to be able to manage all updates in-house. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
