Hi Andrea, We don't charge at all for faxes. We're a small library and don't get a ton of fax requests. We have internet faxing so it doesn't cost us anything except staff time and that is minimal. We also have not ever received an incoming fax since we just got faxing ability about a year and a half ago, but if that becomes an issue, I would probably charge 10 cents/page for black & white, 50 cents for color, same as our copy/print pricing. We are seeing quite a few courts document related faxes that are 20+ pages and the fee for those faxes seems out of line with the amount of work our staff are putting into the sending of them.
