The SLA-Michigan Chapter is sponsoring
a tour of ProQuest's Digital Factory, and we have some openings for those
who may be interested. Registrations will be taken until all the space

What: Tour of ProQuest’s Digital
Factory
In this unique opportunity, come tour
the “production” floor where content is digitized, archived, and indexed
on a daily basis.
When: Thursday, May 22, 2014 from
8:00am – 10:00am
Where: ProQuest Headquarters
789 E. Eisenhower Parkway
Ann Arbor, MI, 48108
It is on the corner of State Street (exit
177 of 94) and Eisenhower (across from Briarwood Mall)
Event Details:
- Due to security, you MUST RSVP in ADVANCE by May 16th
- Arrive at ProQuest HQ by 8am
- Light refreshments will be available
- Attendees will be split into groups with both groups taking
the tour and participating in the network/product updates
- Tour of ProQuest’s Digital Factory
- Product Updates / Refreshments / Networking
- Tour takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes with a 30 minute
round trip shuttle from their HQ offices to the factory “floor.”
