Hi Pam, We offer paid vacation time off, paid sick time, 6 paid personal days, and paid holidays for all permanent employees, full and part time, regardless of hours. Full-time staff (30 hours+) get health insurance, which includes vision and dental + ortho), life insurance, and enrollment in MERS. We also have employees in some retirement fund programs and AFLAC, which they pay separately. The only staff that doesn’t qualify are our subs.
