[Michlib-l] Internet based phone systems.

I'm interested in information about Internet based phone systems. If you have such a system, are you happy with it? Is it prone to outages? How do you handle faxing for patrons? And, what's the brand? Anyone have RingCentral? Thanks for any information. Jennifer
