Due to promotion, the Saline District Library is seeking a dynamic Head of Adult Services to coordinate and administer library services and programs for adults of all ages. Under the direction of the Library Director, this person assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and services. Collection development and public service duties are major components of the job. This person is responsible for supervising and scheduling approximately five staff positions.

SALARY & BENEFITS: $64,500 - $75,000 (depending on qualifications); vacation, sick, and holiday time; health, vision, dental, life, short- and long-term disability insurance; retirement
STATUS: Full-time, 40 hours/week; work schedule includes evenings and weekends
