Are you looking for an ancestor’s birth details before birth records? This presentation teaches about alternative birth records such as church, military, immigration records, and newspapers. Through the fascinating case of Sarah Ellen who had a dozen different birth dates, learn to evaluate and analyze each record, placing priority on reliable records to name the correct birth year. You will leave with knowledge and tools necessary to discover birth years for your ancestors.
Audience Level: Intermediate

NOTE: This is a Hybrid Presentation -- In Person and via Zoom. The presenter will be on Zoom. Handouts and the recording will be emailed to everyone who registered to attend the program.
